Tilapia Salad

Kill tilapia alive. After washing, add appropriate amount of salt, pour in cooking wine, ginger slices, and shallots and marinate for 15 minutes.

Cut millet into small slices, cut garlic and ginger into small pieces, and cut green onions into small pieces for later use.
