Tilapia Salad

1. Kill tilapia alive. After washing, add appropriate amount of salt, pour in cooking wine, ginger slices, and shallots and marinate for 15 minutes.

2. Cut millet into small slices, cut garlic and ginger into small pieces, and cut green onions into small pieces for later use.

3. Put water in the pot, add the fish when the water is boiled, steam for 8 minutes on high heat, and simmer for 5 minutes after steaming.

4. When steaming the fish, put the ginger, garlic and millet spicy in a bowl, then add a small amount of sugar, thirteen fragrant, and sesame seeds.

5. Put salad oil in the pot.
