Tofu Box

Wash the pork and chop it up, add salt, oil, sugar, soy sauce, and cornstarch to taste and set aside for later use

Soak the tofu in clean water for 10 minutes. Cut the corners into a flat one. Cut the tofu into quarters and set aside for later use.

Use a tool to hollow out the middle of the tofu and put in the marinated pork

Heat the pot, add peanut oil and deep fry until golden on all sides. Pick up the tofu. Put the soy sauce, sweet vinegar, and a little sugar in the pot. Mix the tofu and slowly let it taste. Turn the tofu carefully and let the juice fully blend with the tofu.
Tips:
If you want tofu to taste better, adding egg liquid is even better
