Very plain home-cooked breakfast. My husband loves this bite. I used to buy it at the bean brain stalls in the community. To be honest, the braised soup is really not very good. The taste is not strong, and the ingredients used are very few. I can only occasionally see a trace. Fungus and cucumbers are also rare, and the silk egg flowers are even rarer. The only thing that is more is the chili powder, coriander, and leeks that you can put freely.
Ever since I found out that the ingredients of internal fat tofu are similar to that of soybean brains, I have tried to make it at home. Unexpectedly, the deliciousness is unstoppable. My husband also likes it very much and is full of praise. "
