Tofu with Potatoes

Peel and shred potatoes, wash off the starch and set aside.

Homemade oily tofu.
3.
Shred pork and set aside.

Heat up the pan, add the chopped green onion and stir fry until fragrant.

Add shredded pork and stir fry.
6.
Add vinegar, cooking wine, light soy sauce.
7.
Put potato shreds.
8.
Stir fry evenly.
9.
Put oily tofu.
10.
Stir and simmer evenly for a minute.

Season with salt.

The pan and plate are finished.
