Tofu with Songhua Egg

1. Ingredients: Songhua egg, lactone tofu, red pepper, garlic, green onion

2. Chop garlic and green onions, and dice red peppers (millet peppers are better, but the spiciness is increased)

3. Take out the lactone tofu and buckle it on the panel

4. Thinly sliced

5. Put it into a plate, peel the songhua egg, cut it into strips, and spread it on the tofu.

Tips:

Songhua eggs are not easy to cut. You can peel them first, freeze them in the freezer compartment of the refrigerator, and then cut them. Add the amount of salt according to your own taste. If the taste is light, you can also leave it without salt. If you like spicy, you can use millet pepper.
