Tofu with Songhua Egg

Ingredients: Songhua egg, lactone tofu, red pepper, garlic, green onion.

Chop garlic and green onions, and dice red peppers (millet peppers are better, but the spiciness is increased)

Take out the lactone tofu and buckle it on the panel.

Cut into thin slices.

Put it into a plate, peel the Songhua eggs, cut them into strips, and spread them on the tofu.

Add light soy sauce, vinegar, monosodium glutamate, salt and sesame oil to the scallions and minced garlic, mix well.

Tips:
Songhua eggs are not easy to cut. You can peel them first, freeze them in the freezer compartment of the refrigerator, and then cut them. Add the amount of salt according to your own taste. If the taste is light, you can also leave it without salt. If you like spicy, you can use millet pepper.
