Tomato and Egg Pimple Soup

Dice tomatoes, small rapeseed, green onions, and prawns separately.

Put flour in the bowl, beat in the eggs, and beat into an egg batter.

Put a small amount of oil in the wok, add the chopped green onion and diced tomatoes when the oil is hot, and stir-fry until the tomatoes are soft and rotten.

Add enough water, add small rapeseed and prawns.

Before serving, add a small amount of salt, soy sauce, white pepper, and sesame oil to taste.
Tips:
Tomatoes must be diced so that they are easy to stir-fry;
Beating the batter with eggs is a saviour for people who can't get lumps. As long as the pot is opened, pour the egg batter and stir quickly to make very small lumps.
