Tomato and Egg Sliced Soup

Put the flour into the noodle machine, start the noodle program, slowly add water to make noodles.

Cut into smaller irregular dough pieces.

Wash and chop tomatoes.

Shred the green onion and ginger.

Put oil in the wok and sauté the scallions and ginger.

Add tomatoes and stir fry.

Stir-fry for a while, add salt to taste, and fry tomatoes.

Put the fried tomatoes in a soup pot, add an appropriate amount of water, boil and add the noodles.

Bring to a boil and cook for 2 minutes, the noodles are almost cooked.

Tips:
You can also roll the noodles by hand to make it more delicious.
