If you want to eat tomatoes, you will feel uninterested just with scrambled eggs. How about making tomato soup? Throw a meatball in, and the sweet and sour food is just right for the meal. It’s not a bad suggestion if you like the following one.

Tomato Meatball Soup

1. Half an egg white and seasonings and minced meat

2. The water and water starch are two to one, and add a little bit in the same direction and stir evenly until it is pureed. Depending on the situation, not too dry or too thin

3. Make a cross at the bottom of the tomato, blanch it in boiling water for 10 seconds, immediately take it out and immerse it in cold water, and easily tear off the skin

4. Peel off the tomato and cut into large chunks for later use

5. Put the oil in the pan and saute the ginger slices, pour in the tomato cubes and saute slightly

6. Pour in the water that has not had the tomatoes

7. After the tomato soup is boiled to a slight boil, the minced meat will be balled

8. Cook until the meatballs come up

9. Use half of the egg white, beat the rest, and season with a little salt

Tips:

【CSY Warm Reminder】
1. The seasoning used for meatballs is just to remove the meaty smell, so don't be too heavy.
2. I directly season the soup with a little salt to bring out the sweet and sour taste. No sugar, it depends on your taste.
3. The tomato with the peeled skin will cook better when making soup. This peeling and boiling soup was learned on TV.
