Tomato Pork Meatball Soup

Remove the pork skin from the pork, first cut into pieces, then chop, the size of the tip of a chopstick.

Ginger smashed and chopped

Add minced pork with ginger, starch, 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce, 1⁄2 tablespoon of salt, and 1⁄2 tablespoon of white pepper.

Beat for another 3 minutes to gain strength.

Cut the tomato into cubes.

Add water to the tomato and bring it to a boil.

Round the balls with your hands. The size is a little bigger than quail eggs.

Rub the balls again and put them in the boiled tomato soup. Reduce the heat to keep the soup boiling.

Boil for 5 minutes, the meatballs are cooked through and the tomatoes are soft and rotten. Season with salt and pepper.

Serve on the plate.
Tips:
1. Pork is 3 points fat and 7 points lean, plum meat is the most tender, such as snowflake beef.
2. The meatballs will be fully cooked after 5 minutes of cooking, and the taste is just right.
