Tomato Sweet Potato Noodles
1.
Cut the sweet potato into small pieces and put it in a bowl, add a little salt, chicken essence, thirteen spices, one egg, after stirring, add a little water, 2 stir and mix the sweet potato flour! (Add water because the sweet potato flour in my hometown is agglomerated, add water to mix evenly. If the flour is fine, you don't need to add water)
2.
Pour an appropriate amount of water into the pot and bring to a boil. Wash the tomatoes and cross them. Put them in the pot and peel them!
3.
Stirred sweet potatoes
4.
Tomatoes that have been blanched in boiling water, the skin is easy to remove (don’t worry about peeling the tomatoes you just picked out, be careful of blanching)
5.
Diced tomatoes
6.
Mince the ginger and garlic, and cut the garlic sprouts into small sections
7.
Pour the right amount of oil into the pot and heat it up
8.
Pour in the stirred sweet potatoes and fry
9.
Fry on both sides until golden brown
10.
Leave the oil in the pot, pour in the minced garlic and ginger, and sauté until fragrant
11.
Pour the tomatoes and stir fry
12.
Add a small bowl of water, continue to stir fry into a sauce, add salt, chicken essence, and stir fry evenly
13.
Add an appropriate amount of water to the pot (see how many people eat, please control the amount yourself! I use boiling water that has been blanched directly)
14.
After the water is boiled, add the fried sweet potatoes and cook for 2 minutes.
15.
Add an appropriate amount of dried noodles (according to personal appetite)
16.
Cook until the dried noodles are broken, add cabbage leaves and cook for one minute, turn off the heat, and add sesame oil!
17.
The black one is the deep-fried pork fried by my sister-in-law when I returned to my hometown. I will take the time to make it and upload it!
18.
OK, let’s eat! There is a little salty in the sweet and sour, it tastes great!
19.
Husband and I both think sweet potatoes are so delicious, you should try to make them too!
Tips:
The black noodles are the deep-fried crispy meat in my hometown. The soy sauce is put before the fried meat, so it turns black! You can leave it alone, but my husband wants to eat it, so I put a few pieces!
