Tonkatsu

400g pork loin, 200g bread crumbs, starch 70g, egg 1 ginger 5g, green onion 7g, light soy sauce 10g, pepper 1g, thirteen incense 2g, cooking wine 10g, salt 1g

First cut the pork tenderloin into thick slices, pat with a knife, and pat the meat slices larger

Put 5g ginger, 10g cooking wine, 1g salt, 1g pepper, 2g thirteen incense, 15g light soy sauce in a bowl

Grab well and marinate for 10 minutes
