I have wanted to make this pie for a long time, but I have not been able to buy toon. Now I finally got what I wanted. It is delicious until I always remember "Mum, when will you make this pie for me."

Toon Minced Pork Vermicelli Pie

1. 1 Add flour to boiled water and stir into flocculent

2. 2 Add cold water to alive into a dough, (if you have time to taste better, you can knead the dough for 20 minutes) Cover with plastic wrap and let it stand for 30 minutes.

3. 3 Wash fresh toon

4. 4 Boil water for half a minute and wring out with cold water

5. 5Chop as finely as possible.

6. 6 The vermicelli is soaked and chopped as much as possible.

7. 7 Heat up the oil in a pot and stir-fry the minced meat with all-spice powder (you can also make 3:7 fat and lean minced meat, which is more fragrant.)

8. 8 Add toon vermicelli and stir fry together, add salt chicken sesame oil and dark soy sauce to color.

9. 9 Let the fried fillings cool.

10. 10 Knead the dough into a long strip of uniform thickness.

11. 11 Divide the dough into evenly sized dough, take a dough and roll it out.

12. 12 packs into the filling.

13. After the 13 dough is glued for a circle, return to the original point and seal. You can gently press down the seal of the wrapped pie.

14. 14 Put two spoons of salad oil in the pan, put the pie in the pan, and slowly fry the pie over medium-low heat until golden brown.

15. 15 Take out the pot and put it on the plate. It's very fragrant to eat hot. My husband will eat a few as soon as it's out of the pot, and then shout to lose weight after eating.
