Toothpick Beef

Ask "What is the difference between toothpick beef and cold beef?" Answer "it should be toothpicks"...

Cut beef with cooking wine, salt, light soy sauce, ginger slices, pepper, pepper powder, chili oil, mix well, cover with plastic wrap and marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

The marinated beef is skewered with toothpicks.

Heat the rapeseed oil and add the beef.

Fry over medium heat until the beef is brownish red.

Add the spices, pepper powder and chili powder and stir well.

Stir-fry for another 5-10 minutes.

Serve and sprinkle with some sesame seeds.

Don’t rush to eat it just after it’s done. First, it's easy to get angry, and second, it's not tasty enough. It's best to put it in the refrigerator overnight for better flavor.
