Microwave Cumin Toothpick Meat

Wash 400g beef thigh and cut into slices about 3 mm thick

Put 15g shallots, 3 slices of ginger, 15ml of cooking wine in a bowl, pinch out the juice, pour the onion and ginger juice into the beef slices, add 3g of salt, marinate well for 15 minutes

The marinated beef slices are wrapped around toothpicks and skewered, and put in a bowl

Add 5g five-spice powder, 5g chili powder, 5g cumin powder, 15g pepper oil, 15g red oil, stir evenly, cover with plastic wrap, poke small holes with toothpicks, and heat for about 2 minutes in a microwave oven on high heat
