Our family does not particularly like to eat fried things. Very little since childhood. So there are very few memories of frying so far.
In fact, it is not how many times I have eaten it, but the toothpick meat that my mother made made me remember deeply.
It may be that I deeply remember the scene where my mother cut the meat piece by piece and then stringed it up with a small toothpick. After the pan was fried, I couldn't wait to pick up a string and eat it, and then my mother shouted not to burn it. I couldn't manage that much, so I went out to play while jumping.
Anyway, my mouth and hands are full of oil. By the time I eat, my stomach is full.
Now that I think about it, the taste is so wonderful, but in fact, there is no way to talk about where it is.

Toothpick Meat

1. Cut the meat into pieces of appropriate size, add light soy sauce, salt, and pepper powder to grab evenly by hand, and marinate for 30 minutes. Then add starch, mix well, and string with toothpicks. Hot oil in the fryer

2. When it is about 70-80% hot, put the skewers in the meat and fry on medium heat until the surface is slightly yellow, remove it and place it on absorbent paper to absorb the oil, then sprinkle with cumin powder and chili powder.

Tips:

The length of the frying time and the degree of frying are up to you. If you like tenderness, fry it less, and if you like burnt, fry it more. You can also use green onion, ginger, garlic, etc., to put the fried meat in and fry again, so that it will have a richer flavor. But I prefer dry frying, so I just sprinkle the powder directly out of the pan.
