Toothpick Meat

Cut the tenderloin into small pieces less than 2 cm, add salt, and mix well with soy sauce.

Sprinkle an appropriate amount of cumin powder, mix well with the chili noodles and marinate for about 20 minutes.

Put the marinated meat skewers on a toothpick, usually two pieces per toothpick, and one larger piece.

Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pot and heat it over a medium-to-small heat. Add the toothpick meat and fry until the color changes.
