Tossed Chives

Wash fresh leeks repeatedly with warm water. Add a little salt and marinate for 20 minutes.

Squeeze the excess water by hand. Add coriander.
3.
Cut the onion into small pieces. Put it in the leeks and stir evenly.
4.
Put allspice white vinegar and sesame oil. Stir both.
5.
Very refreshing and delicious. Eating in summer is particularly refreshing.
