Tossed Potato Chips

Remove the skin of the potatoes, wash them, and cut them into slices of appropriate size. Rinse the surface starch with clean water and immerse it in clean water to prevent discoloration.

Heat an appropriate amount of water in a pot, add the potato slices and blanch them until they are cooked, being careful not to blanch them too softly, just cut off. Remove and drain the water.

Chop the red pepper and put the white sesame seeds in a bowl.

Pour the oil into the pepper bowl, sauté the red pepper and sesame seeds until fragrant.

Pour the sauteed chili and sesame oil on the potato chips, add salt, vinegar, sesame oil, sugar, MSG, chopped green onion and garlic, mix well and put on a plate.
