Tujia Sauce-flavored Biscuits

Put flour, warm water, and salt into the bread machine, start a kneading program and knead it into a smooth dough (you can also knead it by hand). Cover the dough with plastic wrap and let it stand for 20 minutes.

Finely chop the onion, and cut the shallots into chopped green onions for later use.

Tips:
Use low heat when pancakes and stir-fry sauce, otherwise it will be easy to paste.
