Turkish Style Zucchini Quiche

Peel the zucchini, shred it, squeeze out the water, and put it in a mixing bowl. Chop shallots, chop coriander and dill, set aside.

Add egg, green onion, coriander, dill and flour to zucchini.

Add salt, pepper, chili powder and baking powder to make a thick paste.

Put an appropriate amount of oil in a non-stick pan. After the oil is hot, use a spoon to put a spoonful of thick paste into a frying pan for frying. Fry until browned on both sides before serving.
Tips:
The thick slurry should not flow downwards. If the thick paste is too thick, add a little water; if it is too thin, add more flour. If the pancake is too thick, use a spoon to flatten it. If you don’t like spicy food, don’t put hot peppers.
