Two-color Fried Chicken Wings

Wash the chicken wings and control the water, poke some small holes with a fork or toothpick.

Pour the cooking wine, light soy sauce, salt, white pepper, thirteen spices in a large bowl, pour in the chicken wings and marinate for 15 minutes.

Drain the surface of the chicken wings and coat them with cornstarch.

Coat a layer of egg liquid.

Finally, wrap it with breadcrumbs.

I used half of the yellow bread crumbs and half of the white bread crumbs.

Pour oil in the pot and cook 80% of the heat.

Add the chicken wings and fry them over a small fire until golden on both sides.

Serve on the plate, and finally squeeze the tomato sauce and salad dressing.
