Two-color Pearl Meatballs

Soak glutinous rice and millet for more than 4 hours in advance

The pork is chopped with an ACA multi-function food processor

Add light soy sauce, salt, chicken essence, and oil to the pork and stir clockwise to build up the muscle

Rub the pork into small meatballs and coat with glutinous rice and millet
5.
Use carrot slices to lay the bottom, steam for 20 minutes in a steamer, or steam the rice in a rice cooker when it is cooked
