1. Wash spinach, bean sprouts and vegetarian chicken and set aside! (Slice the vegetarian chicken, just as thick as the chopsticks! Cut the spinach into long pieces)

2. After the water in the pot is boiled, add salt, then spinach, blanch it until it changes color and remove it into cold water! (Almost 30 seconds)
