Vegetarian Chicken with Spinach
1.
Wash spinach, bean sprouts and vegetarian chicken and set aside! (Slice the vegetarian chicken, just as thick as the chopsticks! Cut the spinach into long pieces)
2.
After the water in the pot is boiled, add salt, then spinach, blanch it until it changes color and remove it into cold water! (Almost 30 seconds)
3.
Put the bean sprouts in the hot water
4.
Finally, the vegetarian chicken is blanched, (forgot to take pictures) too cold water
5.
After the cold water is over, take it out to control the water and tear the vegetarian chicken apart (pictured)
6.
Cut rice pepper into sections, add spicy noodles, salt, light soy sauce, sugar, vinegar, sesame oil (I also put spicy seasoning, a cold dish seasoning specially bought in my hometown, if you don’t have it, you don’t need to add it)
7.
Pour sesame oil into the pot and heat it up, pour it on the spicy noodles, and let it go!
8.
Add chicken essence, MSG and mix well
9.
If you don’t like spicy food, don’t add spicy noodles! We are used to eating!
