Vegetarian Fried Mung Bean Sprouts

                                Carrots, shredded.

                                Onion, shredded.

                                Wash the bean sprouts with water, garlic and slice.

                                With less oil, stir-fry shredded carrots, shredded onions, and garlic slices.

                                Add bean sprouts and stir-fry. Add appropriate amount of oyster sauce, light soy sauce, five-spice powder, and salt to taste.

                                Slide the vinegar on the side of the pot before serving.
