Vegetarian Fried Potato Shreds

Take a potato, peel it and wash it, rub it into silk with a grater, or cut it into potato shreds, add an appropriate amount of water, soak for about 10 minutes, soak the starch, and remove the water.

Peel and wash the carrots. Use a grater to shred the carrots in the same way. Chop the onion and mince the garlic.
