Vegetarian Stir-fried Shredded Radish

Peel the white radish and cut into strips.

Heat the pan and add the shallots and garlic until fragrant.

Add radish sticks and stir fry.

Add vinegar, light soy sauce, and stir fry for fuel consumption.

Stir-fry and let it sit on low heat for a minute.

Season with salt and chicken essence.
