Vermicelli

1. Soak the vermicelli in water for about 20 minutes. After the water in the pot is boiled, add the vermicelli and cook for about 3 minutes (the specific time can be tasted and adjusted by yourself). After cooking, pick it up and soak in cold boiling water. 2. Prepare the ingredients beforehand (cut into sections and shreds so that you won’t be in a hurry), drain the vermicelli, and put on the shredded cucumber, minced garlic, green onions, cooked white sesame seeds, chili noodles, and millet bananas. 3. Heat the oil, turn off the heat after the oil smokes, pour it on the ingredients, the garlic smells good, and finally add vinegar, a little sugar, soy sauce and sesame oil (the amount can be adjusted by yourself, soy sauce, vinegar 1:1)
