Vermicelli Mixed with Fungus

Sweet potato vermicelli can be homemade with sweet potato flour (refer to the recipe-Homemade Sweet Potato Vermicelli), or you can buy ready-made vermicelli soaked in cold water.

After soaking the dried fungus, cook in a pot, remove and drain.

Put Shanshan dipping sauce, thirteen incense, white pepper, salt, and white sesame in a bowl. Shanshan dipping sauce is a mixture of various spices and chili powder, so you don't need to fry the spices when you heat up the oil.

Heat the wok and add oil, turn off the heat when the oil smokes. As mentioned earlier, Shanshan dipping sauce is made of a mixture of various spices and chili powder, so you don’t need to fry the spices when boiling the oil. If you use ordinary chili powder, you can put star anise bay leaf pepper in the oil pan. Wait for the spices to fry and scoop out.

When the oil is about 30% hot, pour the oil into a bowl to make chili oil.

Place the cooked fungus and vermicelli in a large bowl, and put a spoonful of chili oil.

A spoonful of minced garlic.

A spoonful of light soy sauce.

Half a spoon of balsamic vinegar, mix all the ingredients well.
