Vinegar Cabbage

Cabbage help wash

Cut horizontally into sections of about 6-7 cm, and then cut into thick filaments vertically

Cut the red pepper into shreds and wash it with water, and chop the green onion and ginger.

Add 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 1.5 tablespoons of white vinegar, appropriate amount of potato starch and minced garlic to a small bowl, then add a small bowl of water to make a juice.

Heat the pan with cold oil, add green onion, ginger and chili and stir fry until fragrant

Stir fry with shredded cabbage

Stir-fry until the cabbage comes out of water and becomes slightly soft

Add the tuned sauce

Stir-fry on high heat until the soup is thick and the sour garlic flavor is ready to be out of the pot
Tips:
Stir before adding the sauce to mix the starch at the bottom evenly
