Vinegar Shredded Potatoes

Peel and wash the potatoes, wash and remove the red peppers, and wash the green onion.

The potatoes are shredded with a tool or shredded with a knife.

Put it in a large bowl and wash 2-3 times until the water is clear.

Drain the potato shreds and prepare all the raw materials.

Put the oil in the pot and heat up the green onion.

Stir fry the green onions and add shredded potatoes.
7.
Stir-fry potato shreds until they are broken, add shredded red pepper.

Stir-fry evenly, add salt and sugar.
9.
Stir-fry evenly and add white vinegar.
10.
Add chicken noodles and light soy sauce when stir-frying.
11.
Stir-fry evenly, and the vegetables are cooked out of the pot.
12.
Serve and eat.
Tips:
1. The potato shreds should be washed several times until the water is clear, in order to wash out the starch in the potatoes, and the fried potato shreds are relatively neat.
2. If you like spicy food, you can put some hotter peppers. The red pepper I use is not spicy.
