Walnut Double Vegetable Fried Rice

Prepare ingredients: rice, eggs, corn, peas, walnuts, spring onions

Peas and corn are blanched in boiling water and then picked up and drained for later use

Beat the eggs into the rice and mix well

Heat oil in a pot, add peas, corn, and mixed rice

Add salt and monosodium glutamate after frying

Peas and corn will lose less nutrients after being boiled.
