My mother-in-law's family likes to be vegetarian. I often buy fungi and come back to eat. After eating slowly, I am used to it. From a meat-eater to a fat girl without meat.

Wet Braised Agaricus

1. Agaricus blazei dry, wash twice with water, soak and moisten

2. Agaricus blazei after soaking for an afternoon is swollen, drain the water and set aside

3. Pork slices for later use, mainly used to fry lard and stir-fry Agaricus blazei

4. Put a little oil in the pan, then add the pork, stir fry the lard

5. Then add Agaricus blazei, and add a bowl of half clear water

6. Add the right amount of brown sugar

7. Cover the pan, medium heat, and simmer for about 15 minutes

8. Then add some salt to taste

9. Add a little soy sauce to mix

10. Turn the Agaricus blazei mushroom with chopsticks to make the taste more even. Collect the juice on high heat for about 30 seconds, then turn off the heat.

Tips:

1. With a combination of fat and thin, the dishes taste better;
2. Fat and thin here refers to cooking with animal oil and plants;
3. For mushrooms like this, use pork fat to stew, it's very creamy.
