White Radish Beef Balls in Clay Pot

Radish shreds

Cut the beef ball in half and change it to a flower knife.

Mince the garlic, I only used a small portion, and the shrimps were dry cleaned.

Heat the pan with oil, sauté the garlic, add beef balls, and saute until slightly yellow.

Add proper amount of water, add dried shrimps, add salt, seasoning chicken powder and bring to a boil.

Prepare shredded radish at the bottom of the casserole.

Pour in beef balls and soup, simmer on medium-low heat until shredded radish becomes soft, and season it.
Tips:
1. The beef balls are fry in the pan to make them more fragrant. \n2. The time of the casserole can be controlled by yourself, and it should not be too soft.
