White Radish Kimchi

Peel the white radish, cut into small pieces, add salt and sugar, mix well, and marinate for 30 minutes.

Finely chop green onion, ginger, and garlic.

If the radish is pickled, a lot of water will come out. Do not pour out the water. Put the radish in a container for use.

Scallions, ginger, minced garlic, oyster sauce, chili powder, and Korean hot sauce are added to the marinated white radish.

Stir well, marinate overnight and enjoy.
