White-cut chicken is a traditional famous dish with all-in-one color and flavor. It belongs to the most common type of Cantonese chicken dishes. It is a dipping chicken. It is easy to make, just cooked and not rotten, without ingredients, and maintains the original flavor.

White Sliced Chicken

1. Wash the chicken

2. Boil the ginger slices with salt and water for an hour

3. After an hour, take out the chicken to enjoy the cold

4. Cut into pieces, put on a plate
