Whitebait Pancakes with Leek

1. Prepare ingredients.

2. Wash the whitebait thoroughly and dry the water.

3. Cut the leeks into small cubes.

4. Add flour, whitebait, and leeks to a larger bowl, add water and stir to make a thicker batter.

5. Add the eggs and beat them, add all the fruit flavoring ingredients, and stir well.

6. Put oil in a non-stick pan. The oil is 40-50% hot. Take a spoonful of batter and turn the pan into a round shape.

Tips:
