Wine-flavored Lamb Chops

Chop 3-4 cloves of garlic into froth, add a spoonful of light soy sauce, a cup of dry white, appropriate amount of salt, and black pepper to make a juice.

4 lamb chops, wash and dry.

Pour the prepared sauce into the lamb chops, spread evenly, and marinate in the refrigerator for more than 24 hours.

Wash and shred the onions and spread on the bottom of the plate.

Spread the marinated lamb chops on the shredded onions. Put it in the microwave and grill for 10 minutes.

Take out and turn it over, brush with a layer of sauce, and bake for another 10 minutes.

Take out and sprinkle in cumin, and microwave for 1 minute.
