Winter Melon Meatball Soup

Use a spoon to dig winter melon into balls, chop pork into puree, and add ginger and garlic slices to the meat and chop into puree together.

Add broth to the pot, boil it, add winter melon balls, and bring to a boil on high heat.

Knead the mashed meat into balls and put it in the soup.

After boiling, add salt and a spoonful of light soy sauce to taste.

When the winter melon is soft and rotten, add the scallions to the pot.
