Wontons and It are So Delicious

Wash and drain the leeks, chop them, add a little salt, mix well, marinate for a while and let the water out

Chop the bamboo shoot tips, fry the prawns in a pan and mince

Mix the prawns, bamboo shoots and meat together, add 1 egg

Add appropriate amount of light soy sauce, cooking wine, salt, chicken essence

Mix well

Squeeze the leek out of the water, don’t squeeze it too dry

Put the squeezed leeks into the meat

Wrap the vegetable filling into the wonton wrapper. We buy wonton wrappers here.
Tips:
In order to prevent the vegetables from getting too much juice, our leeks will be marinated with salt to squeeze out the water.
