Wufu Dumplings

(Yellow dough) Take appropriate amount of flour, add steamed pumpkin, no need to add water, just knead into dough

(White dough) Take appropriate amount of flour and add warm water to knead the noodles, with moderate hardness; (Light brown dough) take appropriate amount of flour and buckwheat flour 1:1, and warm water to knead the noodles with moderate hardness.

Wake up for about half an hour, knead twice in the middle

Chop green radish and remove water

Lamb chopped into meat paste

Chopped green onions and set aside

Put all the ingredients in a container, add salt, five-spice powder, and ginger powder, mix well and marinate
