Xinjiang Latiaozi

Add a little salt to 300g of warm water, pour a little bit of flour into the flour, and knead it into a dough for about 20 minutes.

Use a brush soaked in oil to brush on the surface, both front and back.

Rub the noodles into strips thicker than chopsticks, plate them, and then cover the noodles with plastic wrap for about 1 hour.

Pull the noodle plate into the noodles slightly thinner than chopsticks in your hand, and boil it in a pot of boiling water (add a little salt when cooking the noodles, the noodles will not be fragile and not easy to stick).

Wash beef and cut into strips; wash green and red peppers and cut into strips; wash and slice tomatoes.
