Yam Chicken Congee

The rice is washed clean.

Pour the washed rice into a casserole and add an appropriate amount of water to cook the porridge.

Cook the porridge first, and cook until the porridge blooms.

Wash the chicken and cut into pieces, and slice the ginger.

Pour the chicken when the porridge blooms.

Peel and cut the yam and pour it into the porridge. After the yam is boiled over high heat, cook on a low heat until the yam and chicken are cooked through.

Add a little cooking oil.

Add chopped green onion.

Add the right amount of salt.

Tips:
Cook the porridge first, then put the meat dishes. Don't put the porridge too badly.
