Yellow Croaker Seaweed Soup

Clean up the two yellow croakers and cut them diagonally into sections

Cut shallots, ginger and garlic into the shape shown below

Put the yellow croaker cubes in the pot

Fry for a while until the shape is set, add ginger and garlic, and then add rice wine

Put in balsamic vinegar

1. After putting the yellow croaker in the pot, fry it for a while;
