Yellow Fish Tofu Soup

Wash the fresh large yellow croaker to remove scales, gills and internal organs

Cut the yellow croaker into sections diagonally, cut the tofu into small pieces, cut the green onion, ginger and garlic into small cubes, and cut the coriander into small pieces
