The lactone rots inside and cut into small pieces.

Cut carrots, mustard greens, and green peppers into small cubes.

Chop chives and mince garlic.

Heat the wok, add a little base oil, add the minced meat and stir fry until fragrant, cook the cooking wine, add minced garlic and Laoganma fermented black bean sauce and stir fry to create a fragrant aroma.

Add light soy sauce, then add carrots, green peppers and diced mustard, stir fry evenly.

Add a little water to a boil. Add salt, chicken essence, and sugar to set the taste.

Hook in a little water starch and burn until thick.

Finally, add the cut tofu and cook until delicious.

When out of the pan, sprinkle shortbread soybeans (the peanuts I use) and chopped chives on top.
