Yuxiang Eggplant

1. 2 eggplants.

2. Cut the hob into pieces and soak in clean water for ten minutes.

3. Prepare minced meat (add salt and starch and mix well), minced salted fish, minced garlic, and chopped green onion.

4. Pick up the eggplant after soaking, drain the water, and put 1 spoon of dry starch.
