Yuxiang Pork

Wash and shred pork; peel and shred winter bamboo shoots; wash and shred carrots; wash and shred black fungus with soaked hair.

Mix soy sauce, vinegar, white sugar, water starch, cooking wine, and salt into gorgon juice.
