The fillings of zucchini and clam meat are completely different from the fillings of leeks. It is a seafood box unique to seaside people.

Zucchini and Clam Pie

1. Use flour and water to form a slightly soft dough, knead it into a smooth dough after proofing, cover with a damp cloth and set aside;

2. Wash the clams and heat them in a microwave oven until they are open; peel the clam meat;

3. Wash the zucchini one by one and rub it into silk with a scrubbing bed;

4. Put a little salt to kill the moisture; kill the moisture after 10 minutes;

5. Remove the water and chop the zucchini shreds;

Tips:

The first pot was baked on both sides with an electric baking pan. After the filling was discovered, it was changed to one-sided baking and covered with the lid.
