Zucchini Pork Pot Stickers
1.
Prepare ingredients: zucchini, pork, green onion, ginger, salt, flour, water, homemade MSG, light soy sauce, sesame oil, rice oil,
2.
First, slowly add 220 grams of water to 400 grams of flour and stir with chopsticks while adding.
3.
Finally, knead the dough by hand, cover it with a damp cloth and let it rest for 40 minutes.
4.
Cut zucchini in half, diced pork, mince scallion and ginger and set aside.
5.
Install the shredding and slicing parts attached to the meat grinder first. Because shredded, the shredded side is flushed and installed.
6.
Then put the zucchini cut in half through the feeding port in batches, and rub the zucchini into silk.
7.
Pour out the shredded zucchini and put it in a basin, sprinkle with 5 grams of salt, and marinate for a while.
8.
Then change into a meat grinder and stir the pork into meat filling
9.
Take out the knife head, directly use a meat grinder as a container, and put the chopped green onion and ginger.
10.
Add another spoonful of homemade MSG
11.
Add 10 grams of sesame oil
12.
Finally add 15 grams of light soy sauce and stir well.
13.
After the dough is awake, rub the dough into strips and cut the dough, and then press the dough into a crust.
14.
After the dough is rolled, the zucchini shreds are dried and put into the meat, and stir evenly.
15.
It's like making dumplings, but you don't need to seal both sides to wrap the pot stickers.
16.
After the pot is heated, put a little rice oil on the pot stickers, and heat it on a low heat.
17.
See that the bottom of the potsticker is a bit hard, add half a cup of starch water and cover the lid to continue heating
18.
Wait until the starch water is dried.
19.
Open the lid and shake and pour out the pot stickers directly, let's eat!
Tips:
1Because the zucchini shreds have been marinated, I didn't add any salt when I drank the water and stirred it with the minced meat.
2 It is best to use low-gluten flour to make baked foods that taste better.
3My dough is relatively soft. If you are afraid of handling it, add less water and noodles.
